წმიდა მღვდელმოწამე ტიმოთე პრუსელი ეპისკოპოსი (+დაახლ. 361-363) ქალაქ პრუსის (ბითვინია) ეპისკოპოსი იყო. წმიდა ცხოვრებისთვის მას უფლისგან სასწაულთქმედების მადლი მიენიჭა. მოციქულთა საყდრის მემკვიდრემ მრავალი წარმართი მოაქცია ქრისტეს სჯულზე. როცა იულიანე განდგომილმა (361-363) ტიმოთეს წმიდა ცხოვრების შესახებ შეიტყო, საპყრობილეში ჩააგდო იგი, მაგრამ წმიდანმა იქაც განაგრძო მაცხოვნებელი მოძღვრების გავრცელება. იმპერატორმა პყრობილს თავისი მოთხოვნა შეახსენა - შეეწყვიტა ქადაგება, მაგრამ ტიმოთე ვერ შეაშინა მუქარამ, რის გამოც წმიდა კეთილმსახურ მღვდელმთავარს თავი მოჰკვეთეს. მოგვიანებით მისი წმიდა ნაწილები კონსტანტინეპოლში გადაასვენეს.
