წმიდა სტეფანე მილიუტინი, სერბეთის მეფე, ძმა მისი დრაგუტინი და დედა მათი ელენე. წმიდა სტეფანე სერბეთის სამეფო ტახტზე ავიდა 1275 წელს და 1320 წლამდე ბრძნულად განაგებდა ქვეყანას. წმიდა სტეფანეს მეფის ტახტი ნებაყოფლობით გადასცა მისმა უფროსმა ძმამ დრაგუტინმა, რომელმაც სამეფო მოღვაწეობას ბერული ცხოვრება არჩია და ფარულად მოღვაწეობდა მის მიერ გათხრილ ორმოში. მათი წმიდა დედა ელენე ლოცვითა და დედობრივი რჩევებით შეეწეოდა ხორციელი დიდებისა და სულიერი აღმაფრენის მწვერვალზე მდგომ წმინდა შვილებს.
